Can this faucet work without a hot water supply line?
Yes, if you don't have a hot water line you may use a splitter to split your cold line into two cold feeds for the faucet.
How does the faucet attach to Novita NP190 or Osim uPure 2 water purifiers?
A water purifier adapter is included with the Kai faucet. Simply unscrew faucet aerator cap or head by turning it anti-clockwise and replace it with the adapter. Now the faucet is compatible with B-Type 21mm Grey exterior thread foam mounting adapter included with the water purifier.
How do I register for warranty?
Registration not required for faucet (proof of purchase will suffice). For Novita NP190 register at https://estore.novita.com.sg/apps/product-registration (e-receipt required).
What does the faucet warranty cover?
5-year parts warranty covers workmanship or component defects (includes leakage).
