Installation
For your plumber: under the tap body are three metal inserts of different lengths. Each has one job. Connecting them the wrong way round is the most common installation fault, so please check them before connecting anything.
No hot water supply? Una still works. Your plumber splits the cold line with a standard T or Y splitter and connects cold water to both hoses.
Required on Oslo sinks, any sink deck, and countertops under 20 mm thick. Without the triangular spacer, the tap can work loose and wobble. The spacer is in the box. Under the sink, slide it onto the threaded adapter (part 23) flat side up against the deck, then fit the rubber washer (24), metal washer (25), locking nut (26) and its screws (27). Part numbers match the exploded view in the Installation Guide.

Care and Warranty
Every Una comes with a 5-year parts warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, including leaks caused by a defect. Labour is not included. Installation must follow the guide, including the correct insert connections. The full terms are in the Installation, Care & Warranty Guide above.
Everyday care is simple: mild dish soap and a soft cloth, then wipe dry. Avoid bleach, acidic cleaners, steel wool and scouring pads. If the flow drops, clean the aerator screen with the key provided.
Questions
Una needs a 35 mm hole, which is the standard size for kitchen taps, in a counter or sink deck up to 30 mm thick. If your current tap has a single hole of this size, Una will fit.
No. Una connects to standard Singapore 1/2" angle valves with the hoses in the box.
The shortest is hot, on the left. The medium one is cold, on the right. The longest, in the centre, is only for the spray hose's nylon connector and must never be connected to a water supply. See Installation above, or the Critical Plumber Checklist in Downloads.
Yes. If your kitchen only has a cold line, your plumber can fit a standard T or Y splitter to feed both the hot and cold hoses with cold water.
Yes, either way. The lever position is set when the tap is installed, so tell your plumber which you prefer before the tap is tightened. Changing it later means loosening and refitting the tap. The spout swivels 360° in both positions, so it always reaches the whole sink.
Una comes in Natural Steel and Graphite Black. Natural Steel matches Zuhne's Natural sinks. Graphite Black is a deep, dark finish, a darker shade than Zuhne's Gunmetal sinks.
A 5-year parts warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including leaks caused by a defect. It provides replacement parts. Labour, and damage from installation that doesn't follow the guide, are not covered.
